After the successful execution of 1st Edition of “International Conference on Paediatrics & Neonatology” at London, UK in 2019 & overwhelming response to the upcoming 2nd Edition in Dubai this October, we feel privileged to announce the 3rd Edition of ‘’International Conference on Neonatal” at Orlando, FL, USA during March 16-17, 2020 and 4th Edition of “European Conference on Neonatology and Pediatrics” at Berlin, Germany during June 22-23, 2020.

The Conference is taking place every year, this flagship event has become a wonderful tradition of bringing together Neonatologists, Paediatricians, Child Health Professionals, Gynaecologists, Nurses, Family Practice Physicians and allied healthcare professionals from all around Asia and other continents
The overall theme of the meeting is “Neonatal and Pediatric care: New trends to improve the quality of life of new-borns and children’s”. Our main motto of the conference is to prevent disease and disability through primary, secondary and tertiary prevention; and in the cases where prevention is not possible will try to provide up-to-date evidence based treatment and optimize the health and wellbeing of the neonates, child and family and we are also committed to promote children’s rights to health, equity and social justice. Neonatologists, paediatricians and health professionals working in primary, secondary and tertiary care across Asia and internationally can find adequate & relevant information in the conference

Letter of Invitation:
It is the Attendee’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements before to apply for a visa, if necessary. Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers can request one by email by writing to us at: email@example.com
To receive a Letter of Invitation, speakers, delegates, accompanying persons/children, student/post-doc/youth delegates and exhibitors must first register for the conference, pay in full and submit any required supporting documents (if applicable) before a Letter of Invitation will be issued. Media representatives must first register for the conference, pay in full for any additional orders (if applicable), submit all required documents and get approval from the conference organizers before a Letter of Invitation can be issued.
The registration fee minus a handling fee of USD 150 will be refunded after the conference if the visa was applied for in time and proof is shown that a visa could not be granted even though all requested documents were submitted. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the NEONATOLOGY and PEDIATRICS 2020 Registration Department, by email, no later than May 22, 2020.
The Letter of Invitation will be issued by the conference organizers and should be submitted to the embassy when applying for a visa.
All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee. The Letter of Invitation does not guarantee an entry visa. Attendee registration details may be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, the conference organizers and/or the NEONATOLOGY and PEDIATRICS 2020 Registration Department will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of delegates.
